Nova Innovation Holdings

Built for what comes next.

We find what technology has just made possible, build the company that takes it, and then do it again.

Four ventures. One foundation.

Nova Innovation Holdings builds technology and AI companies. Every one of them runs on the same shared technology, marketing and talent.

Built for what comes next.

A UK group that builds technology and AI companies: sixteen of them, in four ventures, on one foundation.

Hover a tower to meet its company

Technology doesn't move in straight lines. It moves in jumps. Our job is to see the jump before it happens, and to have the company already running when it does.

Four networks. One foundation.

Every Nova company belongs to one of four networks. Companies inside a network share resources and support, and increasingly share them across networks too.

Build. Operate. Grow.

Build

We find what technology has just made possible, shape a company around it, and put a team behind it.

Operate

Shared expertise, systems and support across the group. Our teams spend their time on the work, not on standing up a back office.

Grow

Companies inside a network share what they learn. Progress in one becomes an advantage for the others.

You've got the idea. We've got the rest of it.

If your idea fits one of our networks, we put a company, a team and a foundation behind it, and you spend your time on the problem itself.

  1. SubmitOne message. No deck required, though you can attach one.
  2. First readWe respond either way. A no comes with a reason.
  3. ConversationA call with the relevant network lead.
  4. Deep diveJoint work on the idea, the market and the model. Your company gets the group's foundation: capability, operations, reach, support and capital.
  5. BuildWe form the company, agree terms, and start.
Pitch your idea

A group thesis, not a deal list.

Partners back a structure that keeps producing companies, not a single outcome.

  1. Shared foundationsBuilt once, used across the whole group. Each additional company costs less to start than the one before it.
  2. Accumulated advantageWhat the group has built and learned belongs to every company inside it. Each one starts with more than the last.
  3. Cross-network reachA relationship earned by one company is available to the others. Distribution, trust and access compound across the portfolio.

Investment at holding-company level, with regular reporting, direct access to the people running it, and early visibility on new companies.

Four things we hold to.

  1. Build before you buy.

Buying a business is a shortcut to one you don't fully understand. We'd rather take the longer route and know what we have.

  2. The foundation is the advantage.

Any single company can be copied. What sits underneath them, built once and shared across all of them, is considerably harder to replicate.

  3. Small teams, high standards.

We measure ourselves on what a team produces, not on how large it grows. Growth here shouldn't look like a hiring spree.

  4. Build the thing that isn't there yet.

The safe move is a better version of something already proven. We'd rather take the harder question, what should exist and doesn't, and answer it.
